§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what steps his Department takes to encourage local councils to reduce their level of rent arrears;
(2) if he will publish in the Official Report the names of the local authorities whose level of rent arrears have exceeded (a) 1 per cent., (b) 2 per cent., (c) 3 per cent., (d) 4 per cent, and (e) 5 per cent, or more of total rentals at the latest available date.
