§ Mr. Bestasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will now announce the chairman of the Welsh Health Promotion Authority.
§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI have asked Dr. Simon Smail, the current chairman of the Health Education Advisory Committee for Wales, to become the Chairman of the new authority when it is established. Dr. Smail has agreed. I expect to announce the membership of the authority shortly.
