What progress has been made with the consultations being held with the Cayman Island Authorities in connection with the recent upsurge of video piracy in that Dependency and the desirability of introducing copyright legislation on the lines of that obtaining in the United Kingdom and as recently amended to provide adequate deterrents to such piracy.
