§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Attorney-General if, pursuant to the answer of 18 February, Official Report, column 619, by the Solicitor-General for Scotland, he has any plans to seek to amend section 9 of the Official Secrets Act 1911 to provide for warrants under that section to be issued by sheriffs in Scotland.
