Mr. Dykesasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will discuss with his European Economic Community counterparts in consultation with the European Economic Community Commission's trade departments additional measures to augment trade in goods and services between the United Kingdom and other member states.
§ Mr. Alan ClarkAll Member States are committed to the objective of completing the Community's internal market by 1992. The 1987 presidency action programme on the internal market lists over 130 individual measures for discussion by the Council this year with a view to their agreement. Copies of the programme are available in the Library of the House.
