§ Mr. John PattenNo such instructions have been given since a direction was issued in March 1985 under section 43 of the New Towns Act 1981 requiring consultations with the Warrington borough council on a housing transfer scheme. The Department will be responding to the outcome of those consultations as soon as possible.
