The Solicitor-GeneralThe Law Commission has just published a working paper (No. 100) on "Care, Supervision and Interim Orders in Custody Proceedings". This will be followed by responses from organisations and the public, after which the Commission will publish its final report. Ministers will wish to consider the proposals in the report before issuing their own recommendations.
