§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will make a statement on the recent report of the International Maritime Organisation working group on removal of disused offshore platforms.
§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithI have today arranged for copies of the report to be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
