§ Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Prime Minister if she will raise at the next meeting of the European Council the activities and operation of the European Investment Bank; and if she will seek a decision from the Council on whether the investments of member states in this organisation are to be treated as a commercial investment or a vehicle for the promotion of public investment.
§ The Prime MinisterI have no plans to raise this matter.
