§ Mr. GummerIn view of the wide range of circumstances under which dairy farmers operate, it is not realistic to make an estimate of the amount of land likely to be released from milk production. It is for individual farmers to decide how best to run their businesses, but the measures which I announced on 9 February are designed to help farmers find new opportunities.
