§ Mr. EggarThe Falkland Islands Government have budgeted £4 million to cover the costs of implementing the Falkland Islands interim conservation and management zone (FICZ) in 1987. The bulk of the costs come from turn-key contracts for two patrol vessels and a surveillance aircraft, within which some capital costs are included. An accurate figure for the capital costs will not be available until the end of the year.
