§ Mr. Lawlerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what proportion of those refused an application for a temporary visa in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh have lodged an appeal to the independent appellate authorities.
§ Mr. EggarFrom 15 October until the end of December the figures available show that a little over 10 per cent. of those refused short-term visas in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh have so far lodged appeals at our missions in the subcontinent.
