§ Mr. Gordon Brownasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish in the Official Report a table updating the reply of 25 October 1984, columsn 678–79, on the numbers of employees in Government trading funds; if he will additionally provide comparable information on the royal dockyards, Ordnance Survey and the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority.

Annual reports to the Treasury and Civil Service Select Committee on manpower reductions in the Civil Service for the years 1984–85 and 1985–86 were not published by the Select Committee but copies were placed in the Library of the House for the convenience of hon. Members.
