§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Attorney-General what action the Director of Public Prosecutions proposes to take in the case of alleged infringement of immigration rules by Electronic Data System Limited.
The Solicitor-General[pursuant to the reply, Official Report, 30 January 1987, c. 407]: I refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my hon. Friend the Minister of State, Home Department on 4 February 1987 at column 682 and confirm that at no time was the matter referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions and he is not proposing to take any action.
