§ Mr. John MacKayThe Forestry Commission has decided to extend its consultation arrangements with the Nature Conservancy Council to cover all grant applications arising in the local authority districts of Caithness and Sutherland, including those still awaiting approval. This will allow time for the nature conservation interest in this unique area to be more clearly defined by the council.
