§ Mr. Wyn RobertsAdding a third lane to the existing road at Queensferry would increase the capacity from 45,000 vehicles per day to around 65,000. Provision of a local link would create additional capacity of around 18,000 vehicles per day; and of an outer link additional capacity of around 45,000.
