§ Mr. David HuntThe Energy Efficiency Office has undertaken a programme of initiatives to help local authorities take cost-effective action on energy efficiency. and continues to offer a range of support and advice. I have received no specific representations from local authorities on my spending plans, though the energy efficiency office has regular discussions with local authorities and their representative groups.
