§ Mr. RifkindYes. Following expected savings on a number of services the cash limit for class XVI, 2 (agricultural services and fisheries, Scotland) is being reduced by £1,000,000 from £77,843,000 to £76,843,000. This reduction will partly offset increased expenditure of £4,158,000 on class XVI, 1 (agricultural support, Scotland) which is not subject to a cash limit and for which a Supplementary Estimate will be presented to Parliament very shortly.
