§ Mr. Alan ClarkWhile the United Kingdom presidency did not in itself affect our excellent bilateral trade relations with Spain, I am pleased to say that these were fully maintained in 1986. United Kingdom exports to Spain increased to record levels last year, totalling £1,905 million.
