Written evidence has been invited and received from the National Union of Students and my review group is today meeting the NUS to discuss it. Written evidence has also been received from the Bath Area Students' Organisation, Bristol University Graduate Association, Cambridge University Graduate Union, Cambridge University Students' Union, Cranfield Students' Union, Edinburgh University Students' Association, Heriot-Watt University Students' Association, Herts. Area National Union of Students, National Union of Students (UK) and Union of Students in Ireland, Northern Ireland Regional Committee, Open University Student Association, Oxford University Student Union, Sheffield City Polytechnic Union of Students, Sheffield University Students' Union, and Southampton University Students' Union.

As stated in the letter I have met students at their institutions here and in America to hear their views. I have in particular visited university and polytechnic student accommodation in London.
