Mr. David Marshall

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will show 1985–86 outturn expenditure, 1986–87 estimated expenditure and 1987–88 planned expenditure on (i) trunk roads (a) new construction and improvement, (b) structural maintenance and (c) routine maintenance, (ii) local authority roads (a) new construction and improvement and (b) maintenance, (iii) public transport administration, (iv) local authority car parks (a) capital, (b) current (net) and (v) road safety in Scotland.
