§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeOur announcement of 28 January will result in an addition of about 700 to the number of staff engaged in the restart programme. The increase of staff on this work will be in part offset by the steady introduction of new technology, including the Supervacs system, to other aspects of the work of the jobcentres.
