§ Mr. AncramFollowing the decision to upgrade the junctions proposed for this scheme, it has been necessary to redesign the layouts and to prepare an amended draft side roads order. It is expected that the revised order will be published in late spring of this year. This should not delay the expected start of construction, subject to the satisfactory completion of the statutory procedures.
