asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many people in the Leeds metropolitan district council area have been in receipt of (a) supplementary benefit, (b) invalidity benefit and (c) housing benefit for each of the last five years.

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many people in the Leeds metropolitan district council area have been in receipt of unemployment benefit for (a) less than six months, (b) six months to one year, (c) one year to two years and (d) more than two years at the latest date for which figures are available;

(2) how many (a) men and (b) women in the Leeds metropolitan district council area have been in receipt of unemployment benefit who are aged (a) under 25 years, (b) 25 to 35 years, (c) 35 to 50 years and (d) over 50 years, for each of the last five years.
