§ Mr. Leightonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis as to how many road accidents involving personal injury or fatalities caused by TNT lorries leaving or arriving at the News International plant at Wapping have occurred in the last 12 months.
§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis informs me that there have been three such incidents involving TNT vehicles in the Leman street division. I understand that in one of them a member of the public sustained fatal injuries.
