§ Mr. JoplingThe arrangements for the hill livestock compensatory allowances to apply this year were announced in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Devon, North (Mr. Speller) on 17 December 1986. My right hon. Friends and I have no proposals to raise the financial ceilings this year.
