Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what was the average cost of a course of dental treatment in each of the Welsh health authority areas in the last year for

(2) how many dental practitioners there are per 1,000 of the population in each Welsh health authority area; and what are the corresponding figures for each year since 1979.
