§ Mr. Frank Fieldasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he expects to give final approval to the merger of the Marian high school and Bishop Challoner school in Birkenhead; and when he expects to approve the rebuilding programme budget for the school.
§ Mr. DunnMy right hon. Friend expects to announce his decision on the merger shortly. The question of the rebuilding project will be considered in the light of his decision.
