§ Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will raise at the next meeting of the Agriculture Council the approval by the authorities in Bavaria to export to the Third world 5,000 tons of milk powder with radioactivity levels 10 times as high as permitted for consumption with the European Economic Community; and if, in particular, he will seek to clarify whether export rebates funded from European Economic Community finances will be repayable in respect of this export.
