§ Mr. GummerCommunity expenditure on public storage, export refunds and internal disposal of food and wine averaged £156 million per week in 1985 (the latest year for which final figures are available). The provision in the 1987 draft budget for this expenditure is £203 million per week (£187 million at the 1985 exchange rate).
