§ 35. Mr. John Huntasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will seek to amend the Coroners (Amendment) Act 1926 to extend the jurisdiction of a coroner beyond low water mark in those cases where a drowning takes place several miles out to sea or where the body is not recovered.
