§ Mr. Carter-Jonesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will list the total births and live births in 1984 to residents (a) in England and (b) in England and Wales and the number and rate per 1,000 of still births, perinatal deaths, neonatal deaths, postneonatal deaths and infant deaths; and if he will tabulate the data according to whether the mother had had (i) no, (ii) one, (iii) two, (iv) three and (v) four or more pregnancies resulting in a registrable birth;
(2) if he will list the total births and live births in 1984 to residents of each regional health authority and the number and rate per 1,000 of still births, perinatal deaths, neonatal deaths, postneonatal deaths and infant deaths; and if he will tabulate the data according to whether the mother had had (a) no, (b) one, (c) two, (d) three and (e) four or more pregnancies resulting in a registrable birth;
(3) if he will list the total births and live births in 1984 to residents in Wales and the number and rate per 1,000 of still births, perinatal deaths, neonatal deaths, postneonatal deaths and infant deaths; and if he will tabulate the data according to whether the mother had had (a) no, (b) one, (c) two, (d) three and (e) four or more pregnancies resulting in a registrable birth.
