asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he was consulted by the Metropolitan police before they sought warrants for the police raid on BBC Scotland's Glasgow office.

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis as to the nature of items removed from BBC Scotland offices in Glasgow which are now in their possession.
