§ Mr. Mark RobinsonGrants may be payable by the Secretary of State under section 70 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 for approved capital expenditure incurred by any local authority under section 24 of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 in respect of caravan sites provided for the accommodation of gipsies.
