§ Mr. GummerI am asking the Advisory Committee on Pesticides for advice as to what measures should be taken under part III of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 to regulate the use of these and other TBT antifouling compounds. The Government will decide on the action to be taken in the light of its advice.
