§ Mr. LeeWe do not know how many people with disabilities have been interviewed as part of the restart programme. However, of the 779,051 people counselled by 8 January 1987, 32,246 were referred to a disablement resettlement officer for specialist advice and a further 3,015 were referred to an employment rehabilitation centre.
