(2) whether French Customs and Excise officials will examine passenger luggage on trains using the Channel fixed link on the train; and if he will make a statement;
539W(3) under what circumstances there will be mutual inspection of passenger luggage by United Kingdom Customs and Excise officials at Frethune and by French customs officials at Ashford.
