§ Mr. TrippierThe LDDC appointed Mr. Jeremy Wallington as a consultant on I May 1987 to explore the possible development of the K-S warehouses in the royal docks including their use for leisure, community and cultural purposes. The warehouses are owned by the corporation. The consultancy contract cost £13,000 plus the usual expenses. The consultant's report to the corporation contains commercially confidential information provided by the private sector and it would therefore be inappropriate to place the report in the Library.
