§ Mr. Douglas HoggI am informed by the London Fire Brigade that the initial attendance despatched to the fire consisted of four pumping appliances and one turntable ladder:Subsequently a total of 30 appliances, including the initial attendance, were used together with a number of specialist appliances and ancillary vehicles. After some hours a relief force of 15 pumping appliances took over 841W from the original attendance and a further relief of eight such appliances took over in the early hours of the morning of 19 November.
