§ Mr. AmessTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will estimate how many deaths of equines have occurred in each of the last five years in which illegal or incorrect tethering was a contributory factor;
(2) if he will estimate how many equines have died for each of the last five years as a result of either illegal or incorrect tethering.
