Mr. Nicholas Bennett

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the number of housing properties owned by each Welsh district council which have been empty for(a) two months, (b) four months, (c) six months, (d) nine months, (e) one year and (f) two years or more in each of the last five years for which figures are available and the percentage of each council's housing stock these figures represent.
