§ Mr. MacGregorExpenditure met from the 1987 Community budget on storage, export and withdrawal of produce from the market is estimated to be approximately £8 billion. Expenditure in November and December 1987 (estimated to be £1.6 billion) will be met by member states which will be reimbursed from the 1988 budget.
