To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will give extra cash for new projects in Wales as bid for by the drug advisory committees additional to recurrent expenditure; and if he will make a statement.

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will grant £60,000 for new anti-drug projects to the Clwyd drug advisory committee; and if he will make a statement.

[holding answer 17 December 1987]: Clwyd health authority has bid for £43,600 for new projects and the merit of this bid is being considered along with the others received from district health authorities and voluntary organisations in Wales.
