§ Mr. AltonTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) if he will meet alliance party councillors to discuss the Belfast area plan; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if, in the light of the failure of some councils to agree their conclusions within the time limits, he will accept submissions from individual parties on the Belfast area plan;
(3) if he will postpone the deadline for council submissions on the Belfast area plan, in the light of delays caused by the Enniskillen bombing incident and the Christmas holiday.
