§ Mr. SteenTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will review the decision communicated on 3 December 1987 by Karen O'Toole, on behalf of the overseas labour section of the Department of Employment, to Peter Hey of the South Sands hotel, Salcombe, in respect of his application for a work permit for Miss Ira Celia Utieyione, reference SS/8714617, to employ her as an overseas national trainee, in the light of further information contained in a letter from Mr. Hey to the hon. Member for South Hams on 7 December 1987, sent to his Department on 10 December 1987.
