Friend on Thursday 2 July, at column156, the extension of the liability to pay light dues to fishing vessels will ensure the maintenance of the Racal Decca navigator system, which is so important to skippers, not only as a navigational aid but also in locating the fishing grounds. And fishermen will save money because the cost of navigator receivers, which were previously only available for hire, has been reduced substantially this year.
