asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will now publish the land for energy development report of which a final draft was submitted to Ministers in the Department of Energy in February 1985.

Lord Belstead

The land for energy study was completed in 1984. Her Majesty's Government have no plans to publish the group's report.
