§ Mr. HurdI understand that the Avon and Somerset police have encountered certain difficulties in interviewing witnesses and in obtaining access to documents; and that in consequence they have thought it necessary to write to solicitors representing the four convicted persons to express their concern. As a result, the inquiries are, unfortunately, taking longer than had been expected.
