To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what representations he has received regarding the level and quality of services for British Rail annual season ticket holders; and if he will make a statement.

I receive on average about 3,000 representations a year from MPs, their constituents, and directly from members of the travelling public, about the quality of BR's service to commuters.
