§ Mr. Peter BottomleyA study commissioned jointly by BAA plc and the Thames water authority reported in July last year that the release of the Perry Oaks site was technically feasible but recommended further technical trials to determine the optimum method. Copies of the report are in the Library. I understand that the investigation of a range of options is continuing. Any proposal for the construction of a fifth terminal on the site would require planning permission.
